Military discount
For active-duty service members of any branch, and for veterans. San Diego is a military county, and a large part of our work is on the homes of people who serve or have served.
- Who it covers: active duty, any branch. Veterans. Whether you own the home or manage it.
- What it covers: every roofing service — a repair, a coating, a solar job, or a full replacement.
- How to claim it: say it on the phone when you call. That is all. The discount comes off the quote before you decide anything.
Senior discount
For homeowners aged 65 and older, anywhere in San Diego County. A roof is one of the largest bills a house ever hands its owner, and it usually arrives without warning.
- Who it covers: homeowners aged 65 and older.
- What it covers: every roofing project, from one cracked tile to a full replacement.
- How to claim it: say it on the phone when you call, before the work is quoted.

What is the discount worth?
Ask on the phone. The rate depends on the job, because a repair and a full replacement are not the same piece of work. You’re told the number before you agree to anything, and it’s written on the quote.
Do I have to prove it?
No paperwork is posted anywhere. Mention it on the phone and the roofer handles the rest when he’s at the house.
Can I use both discounts?
One discount applies per job. If both apply to you, say so and you get the better of the two.
Does it work outside Encinitas?
Yes. Both programs run across all of San Diego County — San Diego, La Jolla, Del Mar, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Chula Vista, El Cajon, Poway, and everywhere between.
When is it too late to mention it?
