The referral
program
Three ways to send work our way. Realtors get same-week inspections and a written report for disclosure. Property managers get one contact and one bill for a whole portfolio. Neighbors get a roofer who already knows the street. All three start with the same phone call.
Realtor referral program
A roof question is one of the fastest ways for an escrow to slip. The fix is a straight answer inside the same week, in writing, with photos.
- Priority scheduling for your listings. Your listings go to the front of the calendar.
- Same-week inspections. Not a callback in ten days.
- A written roof report for disclosure. Photos included, so the buyer’s side is looking at the same thing you are.
- Repairs that keep escrow on track. Scoped and scheduled around your dates, not ours.
Property management program
Built for people responsible for more than one roof. Portfolios do not fail politely one building at a time — and chasing a different contractor for each is the part that costs the most.
- Volume pricing across the portfolio. One rate, not a new negotiation per building.
- One dedicated contact. You call one person, for every property.
- Scheduled maintenance. Roofs looked at on a plan, before the first rain finds the weak one.
- Emergency response. An agreed response time when something opens up.
- Consolidated billing. One bill, not twelve.
Neighbor referrals
Most streets get their roofs done within a few years of each other — the houses went up together and the sun and salt air treat them the same way. If your roof is at the end of its life, your neighbor’s probably is too.
- We already know the street. The roof type, the age, and what the salt air has done to it.
- Two ways to send them. Give them the number, or text us their name and address.
Questions we get
How do I refer someone?
Text their name and the address to (619) 847-7663, or have them mention your name when they call. Both work.
Do you work outside Encinitas?
Yes. All three programs run across San Diego County — San Diego, La Jolla, Del Mar, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Chula Vista, El Cajon, Poway, and everywhere between.
Who actually turns up?
The roofer. He answers this phone himself and he supervises the job. You are not handed to a rep and you are not handed to a call center.
To start, one call
Say which of the three applies to you. Straight answers from the top.
